Four projects were selected for funding in the LEADER POB BIB 2 competition. Three of them were proposed by heads of departments at CEZAMAT WUT.

Patrycja Baranowska, PhD, from the CEZAMAT Centre for Advanced Materials and Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology, is doing an internship at the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia IBEC.

Warsaw University of Technology has joined the project Startup Platform – Central Innovation Accelerator “Mazovian StartUPolis” as a Partner. The implementation of the project will soon start at CEZAMAT WUT!

The 6 winning projects in the Young WUT II competition were made by staff from CEZAMAT WUT. A total of 56 projects were awarded in the competition.

On 31.01.2014, the opening of the 2024ForAI series of events took place at the Centre for Advanced Materials and Technology CEZAMAT of the Warsaw University of Technology.

The main topics of the meeting, which took place on 29.01.2024, were the development and future of microelectronics in Europe, human resources training needs and cooperation opportunities.

On 12 January 2024, the CEZAMAT WUT hosted a student-doctoral conference organised by the Department of Printed Electronics, Textronics and Assembly under the leadership of Prof. Małgorzata Jakubowska.

The article ‘Potential of electropolymerised cross-linked PEGDMA coating on steel for further functionalisation: Surface parameters and HMEC-1 cell attachment correlations’ was published in the journal Applied Surface Science (IF+ 6.700) Volume 635, 2023.

2024forAI is an initiative undertaken by the Industry Contact Point Industry 4.0, EDIH Mazovia and EIT Manufacturing Hub Poland, consisting of a series of events to be organised in 2024. Their aim is to promote Polish companies developing solutions based on artificial intelligence and to educate about AI.
